Shannen loves movies including classics like Abbott and Costello.  She also fits collecting Dolls and enjoys puzzles around her school schdule at Wilson Elementary School in Moline.

Diana is a new participant to Hand-in-Hand programs.  She is a resident of Cordova, Illinois.  She is a very active teenager, whose art skills have truly blossomed in a very short time.

Born in 1963, Paul is one of eleven children and lives in Rock Island. His art can be seen in several Quad City locations including murals in the Metro Link bus terminal. Paul has a fascination with items such as RVs, flowers, space, cars and buildings. He paints a large number of pieces on a single topic until his interest fades and then he embraces a new very exciting subject. Paul is also an entrepreneaur and loves pricing and selling his art.

Gretchen lives in Moline and now is a high school graduate.  She speaks softly, but her art speaks boldly of her creative talent!  She is one of Inspiration Studios finest artists.  Gretchen also likes office work, and is training with a job coach to develop these skills for a furture job.

Larry has the portential to be an outstanding cartoonist.  He also likes to sing and play in sandboxes!

Lacey is very serious about playing Challenger baseball,  Hand-in-Hand bowling and sorting her UNO cards.  In addition to being a master at puzzles, she likes to be among family and friends.

Matt’s art usually focuses on his family and his girl friend.  Young Mr. O’hern loves action figures, interactions with other young adults and will often “fire” the art professor leading his Inspiration Studio session.  (He used the phase “ your fired” long before Donald Trump!)  Matt has just earned his high school diploma and lives in Moline.

Katie is quite a conversationalist about the topics she paints and draws. This photo shows Katie at our studio discussing her pets. Displayed are a small smaple of the pets she has owned. The pets she currently has and the pets she hopes to have in the future! (I wonder if her mom knows about these plans.)

Nina lives in Moline and enjoys anything that is art. She is especially good at drawing real or mythical creatures ranging from happy unicorns to dancing pigs.

Erica collects anything which is zebra striped and her collection is in danger of spilling out of her room!  Erica is a North Scott graduate and loves her Sound Reach choir group.
