Play is essential to a child's development. It encourages flexible thinking and creativity, problem solving skills, and learning social skills, all of which are important in later life. Two Wonderful Charity Events

Hand-in-Hand was the beneficiary of two wonderful charity events in November: Molyneaux Insurance's Charity Euchre Tournament and the Royal Ball Run's 5th Anniversary Gala. The Euchre Tournament raised $10,141 for Hand-in-Hand's year round programs, and the gala raised $18,500 for programs that benefit participants who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a portion of the funds will be used for scholarships for participants who on the spectrum to attend Hand-in-Hand programs.
