Hand in Hand's school-age programs give parents peace of mind, knowing their children are in a safe and engaging environment when they're at work and school is out. Designed for individuals of all abilities ages 5-18, these programs provide meaningful experiences that foster growth, independence, and connection.

Programs Offered

Our school-age programs include after-school care, care on school-out days, and the Summer School Age Program. Each program is designed to offer a welcoming space where participants can be themselves, build confidence, develop social skills, and explore new interests—all while having fun.
